These banana oat pancakes are a healthier version of pancakes in which you can still enjoy the delicious texture and fluffiness!
Time: 30-45 minutes
Ingrediants: your choice of classic oats, 2 medium-ripe bananas 2 whole eggs, cinnamon, raw cane sugar, salt, your choice of pan sear, optional margerine or your choice of butter (I prefer not to include butter or margerine on my pancakes), nutella/hazelnut spread or syrup (I prefer nutella/hazelnut spread).
Recipe:
Step #1: add a full cup of classic oats to your blender (make sure it's a high capacity blender).
Step #2: crack 2 whole eggs into your blender.
Step #3: add 2 medium-ripe bananas into your blender (I prefer to break mine up further to ensure smooth blending).
Step #4: add a teaspoon of cinnamon into your blender.
Step #5: add 3 pinches of raw cane sugar into your blender.
Step #6: add a pinch of salt into your blender.
Step #7: blend until fully combined and forms a thick batter-like consistency.
Step #8: pour the mixture into your choice of measuring cup (preferably one with a fine tip at the end to maintain the circle shape).
Step #9: sear the your choice of pan with your preferred pan sear (I use coconut oil).
Step #10: pour your mixture onto the pan to either make one coherent pancake or multiple mini pancakes (I prefer mini pancakes).
Step #11: cook on each side for about 1 minute or until you reach a golden brown color.
Step #12: add onto your choice of plate.
Step #13 (optional): add margerine or your choice of butter on top of your pancake(s).
Step #14: drizzle maple syrup or prepare a spoonful or nutella/hazelnut spread on the side (your choice).
Step #15: enjoy!!((:
