These protein oats involve a healthy and efficient breakfast for a school or work morning!
Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingrediants: your choice of quick oats, water, 1 banana, your choice of protein powder, cinnamon, raw cane sugar, maple syrup.
Recipe:
Step #1: add a half cup of quick oats to a preferably small pot.
Step #2: add a half cup and a quarter cup of water to your pot of oats.
Step #3: boil the oats and water mixture on high for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.
Step #4: let the oats and water sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb any excess residue or water.
Step #5: pour the mixture into your choice of bowl.
Step #6: mash 1 banana in a bowl until it forms a thick consistency.
Step #7: add the banana into the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Step #8: add 2 teaspoons of your choice of protein powder into the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Step #9: add a teaspoon of raw cane sugar into the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Step #10: sprinkle your desired amount of cinnamon overtop of the mixture.
Step #11: drizzle your desired amount of maple syrup overtop of the mixture.
